JAMES ELLIS
“Lonely, Sad and Blue”
I think it’s his voice, it could also be the addictive melody, maybe it’s the lyrical beauty that captures me, in fact, it’s probably a combination of all these things – it’s pure artistry at work. James Ellis is a modern day maestro sharing a rich vein of country tunes and tales and creating something quite unique that could only happen here in Melbourne. “Lonely, Sad and Blue” is a miserable tale, a tale in James hands that seems oddly optimistic. We’re fans at Radio Carrum. Love your work, James!!
